[Collector] When and How to Upgrade Your Account
Collecteurs offers three different subscription plans, Emerging, Leading, and Established. You can find out more about our plans here.
You can upgrade your Collecteurs account at any time according to your needs. Here are some reasons for upgrading your account:
If your collection is owned/managed by more than one person. You can upgrade to a Leading plan for two users with social profiles or to an Established plan for three users with social profiles. These users will share the same collection page but will have separate social profiles. To learn more about what you can do with a shared collection, read our article here. You can invite users to your collection only after you have upgraded your subscription.
If you require additional privacy options. With an Emerging account, you can add artworks anonymously. With a Leading account, you will get additional Integrated Privacy settings when adding artworks. With an Emerging account, you will get Off-the-Record Privacy, military-grade encryption where even the platform owners will not have access to your sensitive data. Editorial benefits
With a Leading account, you will get a Q&A that will be featured on your profile. With an Established account, you will get an Exclusive interview, published on our magazine and on your profile.
Additional benefits
When you upgrade your account to Leading or Established accounts, you will get a 10% discount on Collecteurs Capsule Editions. You will also get special invitations to VIP events, such as art fairs or studio visits. Read our article on our Subscription plans to find out more.
How to Upgrade Your Account
You can upgrade your account through account settings, by clicking the three dots on the right side of the page. Read more about account settings here.
On account settings, go to the Account tab. Here you will see your current subscription.
Click Change Subscription to upgrade. You will be directed to a page with our membership plans. Select the plan you wish to upgrade to and click Select Membership. You will then be directed to a page to fill out your payment information. After you enter your payment information you will have officially upgraded your subscription.
