[Collector] Shared Collections
If you've been invited to a collection as a Curator or a Co-owner, this article will explain what you can do with your shared account.
What you can do if you’re added to a collection as a Curator
If you’ve been added to a collection as a Curator, you can add artworks to the collection you now have access to. You can also add and organize Collection Boards. These will appear on the Collection page and not on your own profile page.
You can have your separate collection page on your profile and add artworks that you own without adding it to the shared collection. Click here to learn more about how to add artworks and here to learn more about managing your collection.
You can also make posts under your shared collection. The posts you make will appear in the collection profile, but not in other users' profiles. To learn more about how to make posts, click here.
What you can do if you’re added to a collection as a Co-owner
Same with the Curator account, you can now add artworks and collection boards to the collection. Since you’re a co-owner, the shared collection will appear on your profile as your own collection.
Once you've set up your account as a Co-owner, everything that has already been added to the collection will automatically appear on your profile.
You can make posts under your name and under your collection. Posts you make under your collection will also appear in your co-owner's profile. Individual posts will not show up on each other's profiles.
